Professionally
My focus and attention is on AREA 81 (A Rural Entrepreneurship Accelerator) with the the launch of the Peer to Peer (P2P) network and Early Stage Ventures Program. We have 6 members in our P2P now and 3 in our Early Stage Ventures Program.
In February the launch of our new solution/services offer for clients called (working name) building blocks.
Level 2 Leanstack Certification (Running Lean, Continuous Innovation Framework, Lean Canvas)... all part of the amazing things being created by Ash Maurya.
Doing (now done and here) a video about Unique Value Proposition design based on presentation I did for Saugeen Chamber of Commerce members.
Personally
Competing in Ontario A and B squash tournaments and playing regularly at Lakeshore Recreation, in Port Elgin and Lemonade Collective in Clarksberg.
Going to a concert in Jan in Owen Sound. If you've not heard of Nuclear Vibe and Grey Road 1 these local bands are awesome. I covered them in this post.
Providing love and support to my friends who are battling and winning their war with cancer.
Supporting my kids (who are at the adulting stage now!) and my amazing three grandsons.
